This is a neck warmer/scarf that I designed. Yep, I have one too!! It is approx. 33" x 3 1/4". It has a small button to secure it around your neck so that the wind does not blow it away. The eyes are double buttons, the white one on the bottom is heart shaped.

This item is machine washable, but I would let it air dry.

The items are NOT returnable or refundable. If there is a flaw in the item I will replace it with another outfit... sometimes it may be a different color as I only have so much of one color fabric for these little items. (Too many people want to get the outfit or other item, take a photo, win the photo contest and then receive their money back on the item... I don't think so!!)
